Gray Wind (RS)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Gray Wind (RS)'s Story...
Meet Gray Wind. I am a 2-3 year old husky mix who loves other dogs and people. I have ignored cats but because of my breed, I might be tempted to chase them. I am learning to realize that people are good and have really come out of my shell to enjoy human affection. I only weigh about 60 pounds and am working on filling out some more. My doctor said I should weigh closer to 80. I have been around kids on a limited basis and did a lot of licking of faces. If you are looking for a macho man to hike, run or just love, look no further. I am here.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gray Wind (RS), a Windham Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Windham, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Windham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windham paves the way for another one to be saved.
