Meet Sammy! This cutie is a 5/6 month-old JRT/whippet mix who was left outside on a chain. He is looking for a new lease on life and would love a family who will love and care for him, as he really hasn't had a great start thus far. He even wouldn't mind a fur-sibling or two to hang out with who can teach him the ropes and show him what it's like to be part of a loving family!
