Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Avery, and I have two very important questions for you: Do you like to play fetch? And do you really like to play fetch? I sure hope so because that is my absolute, all-time favorite game. Of course I also love being held, like going on walks and sure do enjoy a good belly rub, but fetch gets my tail a-wagging and my ears a-flapping like nothing else. I live with two older beagles and I'd really like to play with them, but they're more interested in sleeping. BOR-ING! I'd do well as a playmate for another friendly dog or as an only dog in a house where I wasn't left alone for too long during the day. I'm a 3-year-old, 25lb., 15-inch female beagle. When I first came to Beagle Rescue, I had itchy skin and smelly ears. I've been eating grain-free food at my foster home, and boy do I feel better! I like my crate and am getting used to this "doggie door" thing. I haven't been around children, but I'd never say no to an extra playmate! If you think you'd make a good forever home for a dog like me, contact HBHR and let's get fetching!
