Pharaoh's Story...
Hello there, my name is Pharaoh, I am a handsome shepherd mix boy weighing approximately 42 pounds. My birth date is 10/29/2014 which makes me two years old. I am a very energetic pup who loves to run and play and play in the yard at the shelter. I came to the shelter because my previous owner could no longer take care of me. I am in training and have learned heel, off, leave it, come, sit/stay, down/stay, place, and shake. I am currently working on crawl. The volunteers wish my future home to be cat/kitten free or kenneled when left alone. My adoption fee of $150 is quite comprehensive – I am neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed, tested negative for Heartworm/Ehrlichia/Lyme Disease and current on monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventative. Please think consider making me part of your family, I’d love to find myself in your lap!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pharaoh, a Hawk Point Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Hawk Point, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Hawk Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hawk Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hawk Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hawk Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
