Brewster's Story...
Brewster is one beautiful dog!! He is just a big terrier mix. He was found wandering around an apartment complex, no one claimed him and so he came into our rescue. He is approx 1 year old and weighs 46 lbs..He did test positive for heart worms and has been treated with the required injections, we usually find that the heartworms are clear in 4-6 months, he has also been started on heart guard monthly. He is a very quiet and gentle dog, loves to curl up in his doggie bed. gets along well with the other dogs, but has not started to play with them very much yet. He does pretty well on leash but could do with some more training. He has a really nice disposition and personality and will be a wonderful companion..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brewster, a Norwalk Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
