Mags is a 6 year old, tan Chihuahua. She was thrown out of a car in a duffel bag and left to die. She was rescued by a Good Samaritan whose dog alerted her about the bag. She seems to have untreated vestibular disease that made it impossible for her to walk or feel much like eating. She is doing much better now! This girl oozes sweetness. It's hard to believe after such trying circumstances how amazingly open, happy, waggy, and loving this girl is. She is so happy to snuggle in your lap. She is doing incredibly well at walking and will follow you around. She's the best little girl, so kind. Whoever adopts her is getting the one of the most loving spirits I have ever encountered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mags, a Dallas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
