Sugar is a one in a million girl. She is about 8 or 9 years old and only 12 lbs. She looks like a puppy. She's good with other dogs and cats and friendly with everyone. She was recently rescued from Los Angeles! Her foster mom says: "Sugar is so special it's hard to believe. She is a mature dog but has the most wonderful, endearing moments of puppy playfulness when you get home or when I play with my other dogs -- she jumps in and out of her dog bed and will chase me for a hot second across my apartment. She is housebroken and very quiet, I have only heard her bark at noise in the hall once or twice or when she's excited when I get home. She has a hilarious habit of marking things when she goes to the bathroom -- she pees with her leg up like a boy! She walks well on a leash but walks a little slowly so would do best in a low energy home. She's good with other dogs but doesn't like high energy dogs that get in her face. She adores treats and belly rubs and is a great snuggle buddy. She would do best in a home with someone who can give her lots of attention and/or has another mellow small dog."
