Meet Rowling! This girl's definitely got more for you to love and a personality to return all the love ten-fold. Rowling was originally adopted from the shelter in 2011. After four years with one family, this girl was brought back because she didn't like being left home alone. That's okay, though! Rowling's happy-go-lucky personality wasn't dampened one bit. Now that she is in a foster home, she is happier than ever! Her number one favorite past time is definitely cuddling with her family, but she also loves to play with other dogs (big and small!) and chase cats. Rowling is already completely house-trained in addition to knowing some basic commands. When you ask her to do something she doesn't want to do, she gets a REALLY guilty look on her face and pancakes to the floor, exposing her big belly in hopes that you won't make her!
At around 5 years old, Rowling weighs in just over 50lbs and could definitely shed a few. Being passed all that puppy nonsense, this girl would be ideal in just about any inside household. She is equally happy whether she is laying on the couch, watching TV, or running around in the yard with a group of kids! All Rowling ever wants is to be with her family. Won't you be that family?
Dogs in our program are spayed or neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and given a physical examination by a veterinarian prior to adoption.
