Meet Kobe who weighs 12 lbs and is a rat terrier. Kobe is such a sweet a calm boy. He literally leans into you when you carry him because he loves it so much. He loves his fur brother and is housetrained. He is around 6 years old and is quiet and is a well rounded boy. He loves affection, and loves attention.
