Meet Chubbs. He is a full bred neutered 16 lb. male Shih Tzu. He is a sweet angel of a dog in desperate need of a new home. Chubbs' owner has recently been moved to a care facility with advanced Dementia and lung cancer. She is no longer able to care for this sweet boy. We need to find a new home for him ASAP.

Chubbs is a sweet dog who loves being around people and other dogs. He has not been tested with cats but is very mellow and probably would not pay them much attention. He loves kids. He is happy and a great companion to hang out on the couch or go for a walk. His favorite thing seems to be car rides. He gets so excited to hop in the car! He is potty-trained and sleeps great all night long. He is well behaved when left in the house, does not get into things or make messes. He is just a great little dog to keep you company. Chubbs is a bit older, 11 years young, but we really hope that that won’t deter you from looking at this sweetheart of a dog (our landlord will not let us have a third dog and will ask us to leave).
