PCHS would like to offer a glimpse into the daily life of feline residents, Harry and Lloyd... Harry: Hi, Lloyd. Lloyd: Hi, Harry. Harry: How was your day? Lloyd: Not bad. Fell off the cat tree again. Okay, so they may not be rocket scientists, but they know that a little class and a little sophistication are all it takes to be in like a dirty shirt! These boys are as friendly as they come, and do great with kids and other animals. Even if they're feeling a little ornery, it's just a matter of time before they totally redeem themselves! If you're looking for a new best friend, Harry or Lloyd might be just what the doctor ordered. We're telllin' ya, there's a chance!
PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound. Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.
Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
We have an adoption application that must be completed, returned, and approved. Please include your veterinarian's contact information for a reference check. Visit www.pawneehumane.com for more information.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
