Ms. Sadie's Story...
Oh Ms. Sadie, Ms. Sadie, I’m just a pretty little lady. Scruffy and cute as could be! I had a bad case the fleas and I’m missing front teeth, but I’m young and healthy as could be! My coats clearing up, I’m just a happy ol’ pup who’s ready for a home of my own! I can live with kids, cats, and dogs, even birds, and frogs, oh I would love a yard to roam. If you live downtown, please don’t wear a frown, I can live in an apartment too. The truth is I’m small, I like to play ball, and I’m ready to cuddle with you! Housebroken, and sweet, I’ll sleep at your feet, or accompany you to the park. Life is good, I just wish someone would find a place for me in their heart. 4 years old-16lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; spay, microchip, 5 week Training Class, free veterinary exam ( Portland/Milwaukie area) ,1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ms. Sadie, a Portland Tibetan Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Tibetan Spaniel for sale in Portland, or seeking a Tibetan Spaniel dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Tibetan Spaniel breeders who help with Tibetan Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
