Charlie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Charlie's Story...
Meet Charlie! He's a sweetheart. He is about 7 years old and weighs about 75 pounds. Very friendly. Enjoys going for walks and rides in the car. Gets along well with other dogs and children. He would prefer a home without cats. He's a handsome boy and would love to have a family to call his own. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm tested negative (on monthly heartworm and flea preventive) and are microchipped. Upon adoption, the microchip will be registered with your contact information and you will be eligible to activate a free 30 day health insurance policy. The adoption fee for Charlie will be only $75 because of his age and wanting to find him a forever family soon. If you are interested in Charlie, please contact Gail Posey at 678-361-7304 or email pspp_inc@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Cedartown Akita/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Akita/Chow Chow for sale in Cedartown, or seeking a Akita/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Cedartown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedartown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedartown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Akita/Chow Chow breeders who help with Akita/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedartown paves the way for another one to be saved.
