Jack - Check out my video!'s Story...
Hello, my name is Jack! I'm an 9-10 year old neutered Hound mix. I am current on my vaccinations and am micro-chipped! I'm no longer a hunter, but definitely a lover. I know my basic commands, am house-trained, and do well on a leash! My favorite thing to do is chewing on a good bone while sun bathing! I adjust quite well to change. I would do best in a quite home without young children, and definitely no cats! For more information about me, contact my foster human, LeahMoss1000@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack - Check out my video!, a Howell Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Howell, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Howell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Howell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Howell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Howell paves the way for another one to be saved.
