Well hello! I'm Tasha, a beautiful Akita/Cattle Dog mix lady born in 2014. I currently weigh about 55 lbs.

I came all the way from New Mexico in search of my forever home! I was picked up as a stray down there, so not much is known about my past. I can be shy and slow to warm up to new people. You see I have not had much stability in life so I do feel fearful in certain situations. All I need is patience, love, and maybe some tasty treats to trust you. Once we have connected my personality will shine! I am so sweet, affectionate, and friendly! I just adore the people I know and will greet you with so much excitement!

I will thrive in a home that can help me build my confidence and socialize me. I seem to liven up around other dogs and would be happy to meet potential doggie siblings. I will need daily physical activity and I hope my new family will work with me on basic obedience and training. A calmer home environment will suit me best!
