Princess's Story...
Meet our pretty, pretty Princess! Although she doesn't wear a crown, she wears her princess attitude on a daily basis. This girl definitely rules the roost! Playful and active, Princess keeps her foster brother on his toes!

Princess loves to play and chase her foster brother, so she will need to be placed with another young, playful kitty.

If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Princess, please contact Cindy at: (773)203-0215, or email: cindy@chicagocatrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess, a Chicago Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
