Wilson's Story...
7/5/08 Wilson is a beautiful purebred flamepoint ragdoll boy who is two years old. He is looking for a peaceful forever home with some loving adults. He would like to have some kitty friends in the house, especially if his humans are gone all day. He is sensitive to loud noises and dogs, so he really needs a home without dogs or young children. Wilson is the perfect kitty companion: he will greet your guests at the door, quietly keep you company around the house, and then curl up on your feet at night for a nice long snooze! He has that soft, wonderful ragdoll fur in a beautiful creamy color, with very low mitts around his toes. For more information, call 503-777-8621. Please be aware we do not allow declawing of any of our cats. If you are interested in adoption, please fill out our preliminary screening application here: http://ragdollrescue.com/application.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wilson, a Keizer Ragdoll cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Keizer, or seeking a Ragdoll cat from a breeder in Keizer.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Keizer already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Keizer breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Keizer paves the way for another one to be saved.
