My story

Leelu is a black beauty ready to steal your heart! She is a young female lab mix around 1 year old and weighs 50 lbs. Leelu is a very happy girl with lots of energy and a bouncy personality, she settles down nicely after she is exercised. Sadly she has had some struggles... she got hit by a car and had to have her leg amputated. She is still learning her boundaries with her disability but still loves to play with her canine friends. She also likes to try and play with the kitties, it is recommended she be in a home with cats that are familiar with canine siblings. She does good with kids, however since she does have a lot of energy she should be in a home with slightly older children. She is crate trained and knows basic commands. Leelu is very eager to please and with patience will become an expert at any training, she needs improvement walking on a lead. She is a big fan of playing fetch and tug of war, most of all loves having attention. Leelu is a special tripod girl and would be a great addition to your home. She is up to date on all vaccinations including rabies, heart worm negative and spayed. Leelu is available for adoption in the Midwest and East coast.
