If sweet, small and snuggly are on your list, meet Arctic (aka Artie)! With his gentle temperament and his affectionate personality, Artie has all the makings of a best friend. In fact he is being fostered in a home with kids, cats and dogs and is best friends with which ever one is giving him attention at that moment!! He runs around like a little lunatic when all the other dogs are zooming in the backyard; or he primps and poses if someone wants to groom him and fluff up his hair; and he curls up like a little ball on his pillow bed at naptime. He's just got a super silly personality that is guaranteed to make you laugh no less than 3 times a day! His one challenge is his hearing (he's deaf) but that doesn't slow him down one bit while he's playing with the other dogs! He has no idea there's anything wrong with him! Artie is about 12 weeks old, he weighs about 8 - 9 pounds and he is a very healthy boy. We're not sure what his true mix is but he'll stay lap-sized for life. Because the brothers get along so well we would love them to be adopted together, but we will consider splitting them up.
