Meet THEO a 7 month old male neutered Labrador retriever mix. We think he may be mixed with terrier or Irish wolfhound as he is already 50lbs and the Vet thinks he will be a big boy!! Theo came to our rescue through no fault of his own. A bouncy playful puppy who was spending 18 hours a day in a crate and under exercised. Because of Theo's history we are looking for someone who has lots of time to give to Theo. Since being in foster Theo has excelled! He walks off leash in a pack of dogs with his dog walker foster mom. He stays very close and loves to play with other dogs. Theo walks nicely on a leash and has no reaction to other people or dogs while out and about. We are looking for someone who has time to take Theo to obedience class to make sure he continues on his path to being a well mannered dog. Theo is a medium-high energy puppy who requires at least 1 hour of hard exercise; preferably hiking or off leashing with other dogs. Theo is crate trained, up-to-date on vaccines, neutered and has sound mobility.
Theo has been learning what to chew and what not to chew in the house and he has been doing great! We provide lots of toys and chewies for Theo to enjoy :)
Theo is being fostered with a cat and although he does not show aggression he is far too interested in them to share his home with.
We are also looking for a home with older children. Theo and his adorable scruffy beard is just a real sweetheart! He loves to lay with you on the couch and follows you everywhere. He has a wonder personality and loves to meet new people. There is no confidence lacking in this puppy!
