Clark's Story...

This dog's fosterhome is located in: ****Winston Salem, North Carolina****Say hello to Clark!  Clark has traveled a long way from the shelter in Rome, Georgia.  He was scheduled for euthanasia, and ResQ stepped in to help.  He's being fostered in North Carolina.  He is one year old, stands about 16 inches tall, weighs 15 pounds, and has a full tail that wags all the time.  Clark is a playful, peppy, puppy, full of puppy energy and loves to play tug-of-war and chase!  Clark is great with other dogs and really enjoys playing with the younger dogs.  He loves to run in the backyard and walk on a leash to the park.  Clark loves to be with his foster family and will follow them from room to room.  After a rambunctious playtime with his favorite squeaky toys, Clark is ready for a cozy nap with lots of cuddle time.  His perfect home would have a fenced backyard so he could burn off energy and stay safe.  He is housebroken and will sit at the door when he needs to go outside.  Clark sleeps through the night without having to go outside.  He is a very pleasant pup and will make a wonderful companion for his adopted family!   Do you have room for a super sweet little rattie named Clark with handsome brown eyes?  For more pictures of Clark, Click Here

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clark, a of Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in of, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in of.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in of already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a of breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in of paves the way for another one to be saved.
