Prim's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Prim's Story...
Prim was an owner surrender. She is just a 3 month old puppy and full of kisses if you meet her you will instantly fall in love with her. He parents were a retired couple who lived nearby. Their daughter got into a serious car accident and they have to travel up north to help her get better for at least 3 months. Dogs are not allowed in the condo that their daughter lives in so they asked us to find their sweet baby a new home. If you would like to be considered as a potential parent please go to our website RescueADog.org and under the forms tab fill out an adoption application and email back to info@RescueADog.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prim, a Palm Harbor Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Palm Harbor, or seeking a Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Palm Harbor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palm Harbor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palm Harbor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palm Harbor paves the way for another one to be saved.
