Hi, my name is Penelope! I am a social girl and very treat motivated! I love to go for my walks, hang out with everyone here at the shelter and play with my toys! I can be a bit clumsy at times, but hey- blame the basset in me! I would love to become a part of my very own family, do you have room in your heart and home for a gal like me?
