Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NOTE: All our Cupids are fostered in private homes. An approved application MUST be on file before proceeding with meet-and-greet. The online application can be found at http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html. **This foster is only accepting applications from adopters within a two-hour drive of the city of Milwaukee.**
Meet Clementine!
Clementine is a pit bull/terrier mix. She is tiny, she is approx 3.5 months old and is maybe 20lbs. She knows sit and can be trusted to free roam during the day. Clementine DOES NOT like being alone, so a home with other dogs is a must. She is always by her foster sisters side (a 13 year old Lab and a 12 year old JRT whom she plays with non-stop). She prefers a lower key type of play and while she can be sassy at times, she is pretty shy overall. She HATES the car, and when out in public is very quiet (but at home she has quite a voice at times). She is learning not to be so mouthy when excited so a home without very small children is also a good idea.
We don’t think Clementine will get to be very big, but what her mix is is really anyone's guess! She would love a family committed to her ongoing training and socialization
Clementine’s adoption fee is $350 and she is being fostered in southeastern Wisconsin. Because all our Cupids are fostered in private homes, an approved application (from an adopter within a two-hour drive of the city of Milwaukee) MUST be on file before proceeding with a meet-and-greet. The online application can be found at http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html.

Our Thoughts on Visual Breed Identification
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think it’s most important is to get to know each dog as an individual! We then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personalities in order to determine whether they’ll make good companions based on prospective adopters’ lifestyles. Dog behavior is not exclusive to breed — it’s a complex mix of nature and nurture.
