We have a beautiful boy who is indeed a pure joy and his name is Shadow. Shadow is a 5 month old black, tan, and white border collie and we think Aussie mix. He currently weighs 30 lbs so we believe will be upwards of 60 to 65 lbs when full grown. Shadow is an adventurous little boy who would make a great hiking or camping companion. He loves to enthusiastically embrace and explore his surroundings. He has lots of typical puppy energy which he runs off with his 5 foster siblings and visiting children. He is very loving and affectionate and when not running around having fun he can be found sleeping at his person's feet or better yet curled up by their side keeping them warm on chilly evenings. Shadow is wonderful with other dogs, cats , and kids...he just loves everyone and wants everyone to love him. He has learned quite a few things in foster and we couldn't be any prouder of him. Shadow is already crate trained, very good on leash and is just about completely house trained. He knows how to use a doggy door and does his business outside when taken out. He hasn't quite figured out that he can take himself out yet but he's catching on. Shadow already knows sit and is learning shake and a few other commands. This sweet and handsome boy is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on preventatives. He is ready to continue learning and growing with the family who will happily work with him to help shape him into the best big boy he can be. If you are looking for fun, adventure, and the pure joy of a forever friend then we think you will indeed love this Shadow who will never leave.
