My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is ALFREDO. This little guy – a two year old black and tan dachshund - was rescued in Milan, Italy. He is a muscular 13.5 pound mini (almost a tweenie). He is a smart boy, who knows Italian, and is ready for English as a Second Language. Is your home the place for a bilingual pup? (No kids, cats, or other dogs, please. Alfredo would like to be an "only child.")

Alfredo is all up to date on the medicals (rabies, bordetella, DHPP, Advantage, neutered) and has a recent grooming and pedicure. He comes with a new leash and collar set, new toys and favorite blankie, dog food and a free exam card for your next appointment for Alfredo with our Doxie vet at Best Friends Veterinary Medical Center.


Perhaps if you are not quite ready or able to adopt, you might be willing to help our rescues pass their time in rescue by donating toys and long lasting chew bones. We are also in desperate need of clothes washing soap, disinfectant and Lysol spray. PLEASE HELP. Any assistance would be appreciated!
