Beethoven's Story...
Hi my name is Beethoven!

I'm approximately 5 years old border collie/st Bernard mix. I'm approximately 75-85 lbs. I love children and people, just give me time to check out my surroundings first and get to know you. I'm a huge cuddler and I'm working on my manners of not jumping up on people and jumping on furniture. With consistency and patience I do great! I like other dogs, not sure about cats and probably shouldn't be around them unless properly introduced. I love long walks and have a ton of energy. I would love a home with kids. I also am used to being in a pen or kennel from my first family. They had something sad come up and couldn't take me with so now I'm on the hunt for a real furever home!!

Adoption fee is $100. I am neutered, vaccinated & microchipped! :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beethoven, a Phoenix Border Collie/St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/St. Bernard for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Border Collie/St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/St. Bernard breeders who help with Border Collie/St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
