Edgar is a cute 12 pound Yorkie (probably mix) who was dumped along with some other dogs at a cemetery. He was completely matted and in awful condition, so it's no surprise that his owner did not come forward to claim him or any of the other dogs. He is about a year old and is happy to be with other dogs, cats, and kids. He is learning what it is like to be cared for, and like so many of our dogs, has some separation anxiety and isn't fond of the crate. It doesn't appear he was ever an inside pet so we are working on house training and marking behaviors. He isn't a high energy dog, but he needs lots of training, including leash training. He is a work in progress, but a great little Yorkie for someone willing to put in some time.
Edgar is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and heartworm negative. You can read about the adoption process and apply for him on our website: http://recycledpetsnorcal.org/adoption-process/
