HOME FOR THE PAWLIDAYS! Adoption Fee Waived.

Sacramento- Gunner is amazingly gorgeous. His foster mom thinks his name should be Sinatra (thanks to those beautiful blue eyes and his singing in his crate). This handsome fellow just came from Placer County Paws, and he is amazing. He loves other dogs, lives with cats, and is a little nervous and hand shy but we know in no time he will be happy go lucky all the time. In general, he is a great boy, but as I would suggest with most bull breed dogs, he likely needs regular e xercise as well as structure to keep him happy. He is approximately 50 pounds and about 1 year old.

He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, heart worm tested and ready for a home of his own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunner, a Sacramento American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
