Eli was found in the street with 3 siblings after his family got evicted. Although the contractor could have worked with us, we would have taken them humanely, he instead kicked them out - literally. A Poochmatch volunteer living nearby saw them in the street and rescued all four. He is a quiet soul, perhaps still traumatized from the abandonment of his family. About 2 or 3 years old, he is small in size, around 30 pounds and full grown. He is a gentle dog and would be well suited for a peaceful family.
If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between noon and 4 pm, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster mom.
All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, necessary vaccinations, fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
