Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Thanks for choosing rescue! We want our rescued pets to have loving, permanent homes and will do all that we can to match them with the right home and family. Please let us know what you are looking for in a new pet (i.e.personality, activity level, and family compatibility)so that we can help you find the perfect new family member! Pet ownership is a commitment of many years, and you will receive many years of joy and love from your new pet.
We are not a shelter, we are a rescue and all of our rescued pets live with a local foster family until their forever home is found. They are all checked by a veterinarian, current on their vaccinations, spayed/neutered are micro-chipped. Our fosters know the animals best and will give you an honest assessment of their traits and training.
Our adoption fee is $200 for local adoptions. If transport to another area must be arranged by S.T.A.T., then an additional $150 will be added to the adoption fee to cover transport costs. Not all animals in our care are eligible to travel on pet transport.
If you are interested in adopting a pet from Saving The Animals Together, please submit an application by clicking on the “Adopt From Us” tab at www.savingtheanimalstogether.org.
As soon as we receive your application back, we will check your references and then contact you for a telephone interview. At that point the foster will contact you to discuss the pet with you.
Roxy could not be any sweeter! She has a very gentle, calm personality, loves to cuddle. She gets along with dogs and cats and people. She will make a perfect companion for someone looking for a couch buddy.
