My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When the SAGREYS volunteers first met me, they thought I acted pretty reserved. That could be because my toe was dislocated. (You would be reserved too if your body was heading one direction and your toe was heading another. Just sayin’.) But when it got wrapped, I certainly perked up!

I’m named Perry after cartoon character Olivia’s pet dog. Nice thought, and I might even like pigs. Last night I wanted to chase birds at the kennel, so that might mean I would like to chase cats or small dogs too (not in a nice way). Perry is not small dog or cat tolerant.

I’ve thought that my name should be Pisa, since I’m quite the leaner, which is how I let people know that I have needs! My favorite desire would be to go to a forever home so that I could lean on you!

Perry will be 4 in February. His small dog and cat status is unknown. He will be available soon.
