You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Missy,

Please welcome Missy, she is approximately 3 years old.  She is such a sweet girl with a sad story.  Her owners moved and left her behind. Brightstar took her in, along with all her puppies, which all found new homes.  Missy has got her clean bill of health and ready for adoption.
She is a shy girl at first but warms up.  She loves her walks and car rides.  She gets along with our dogs and enjoys running with them or just laying on the back deck relaxing.  She is in a home with cats, she will chase them if they run, but won't hurt them.

Missy is up to date on shots, spayed and micro chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missy, a Churchville German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Churchville, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Churchville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Churchville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Churchville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Churchville paves the way for another one to be saved.
