Orange Blossom's Story...
Orange Blossom is a beautiful Classic Orange tabby DSH, spayed female, 5 mo. old. She is very affectionate. She had 2 brothers who have been adopted. She was a bottle baby, so was held a lot. She is very active and playful. She has a strict food requirement so would probably be better as an only cat.

Our cats will be at the Troy Petco on Saturdays from 11-4 PM.
If interested in one of our cats, please go to our website: catconnection.org and fill out the questionnaire.

The Cat Connection tests all their cats for leukemia and FIV. All have age appropriate shots for distemper and rabies. All cats are wormed and litter trained. All cats or kittens are spayed or neutered and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Orange Blossom, a Royal Oak Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Royal Oak, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Royal Oak.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Royal Oak already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Royal Oak breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Royal Oak paves the way for another one to be saved.
