Felicia - 1Y6M Chihuahu mix. Felicia is a shy girl who's slowly learning to trust people. She was rescued from the streets, so she needs some time to come around. She will walk up to people for treats, and she loves a soft blanket. Felicia will need a home with someone who can keep her safe. She tends to run when she is afraid. Felicia gets along well with other dogs and often relies on the more confident ones to help her feel more confident herself. She'd love a home with a patient person and a buddy dog or two to show her the ropes. She is the kind of dog you get for your dog.
