Annie's Story...

Annie is the most beautiful of her siblings -  like her mother.  She’s the largest female.  She’s very outgoing and adventurous, always at the lead.  She’s also very affectionate.

Annie is working on his potty training along with her 5 siblings.  She has a wonderful foster mom who ensures that he is well socialized with both animals and people.

Annie is one of six puppies born on October 26, 2015, to Miss Winnie, a lab mix rescued from a rural South Texas Shelter.  She had her first set of shots and wormer on Christmas Day and is due for the next round on Jan 15. She will be scheduled for her spay after her second set of shots, once she is adopted and before she is transported.  Her adoption fee is $450 which includes transport costs, neuter surgery, 2 to 3 rounds of shots, and microchipping.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a San Antonio Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
