Molly's Story...
Meet Molly!! She is a female yellow lab, approximately 6 years old. Molly is great with everything-adults, kids, dogs, and cats. She is a laid back dog. She is very lovable and needs to be around people. She would do best with a family where someone is home for the majority of the day. Molly does not do well in a crate or being locked in a room. She has some separation anxiety but is not destructive. She barks a little when you leave the house. Molly prefers to sleep on the floor of her foster's bedroom. Molly is housebroken. She would love a fenced in yard or someone who will walk her daily. Molly is improving on not pulling on the leash. She knows basic commands.

Molly is spayed and up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella vaccines. She is microchipped and heartworm negative. You can apply to adopt Molly at www.zoeshouserescue.com. Her adoption fee is $350.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Sinking Spring Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Sinking Spring, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Sinking Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sinking Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sinking Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sinking Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
