Andrew and Peanut (see separate listing) were rescued as kittens after being born outdoors. They were adopted through Pets Bring Joy, but sadly, due to divorce, they lost the only home they'd ever known a year later, and without their family, have only each other to cling to. Pets Bring Joy welcomed them back, but mending their wounded spirits takes love and patience. The boys are amazing, and are healing, beginning to trust, and remembering what happiness feels like. Both boys are gorgeous orange-marbled tabbies, with Peanut being the lighter pumpkin-colored boy and Andrew, a richer red in color. Andrew is the shyer of the two brothers, but is slowly and surely learning that the world can be safe by observing brother Peanut. The boys are very bonded, and plan to stay together for the rest of their lives, so must be adopted as a pair. They are medically up-to-date, loyal to the litter box, and very, very sweet; they are approximately 18 months old as of 1/18/2016. They are being fostered in the northern Virginia area, and will be available to meet potential adopters through Pets Bring Joy -- please visit our website, petsbringjoy.org, for more information about adopting or fostering for us.
