Fabio's Story...
Hi, my name is FABIO! I am sweet but timid boy looking for a home to call my own. My ideal home will be quiet, either with adults or older children, and will have another young, playful dog. When I'm not running around and playing with my dog friend, I will be ready to snuggle in your lap. I am about 2 year old and 7 lbs.

If you are interested in adopting me, please apply online at www.orphanannierescue.org. My adoption fee is $250, which includes my neuter, shots, microchipping, and heartworm test (I am heartworm negative).

I am available for adoption in Georgia only.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fabio, a Atlanta Dachshund/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Dachshund/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with Dachshund/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
