Meet Tito. So precious and adorable! He will melt your heart with those big brown puppy dog eyes and gentle soul! Tito is your typical spunky, scrappy terrier - rambunctious, playful, and wants to be the center of attention but at the end of the day, he will fall asleep cuddling and snuggling with you on your lap or in bed. He's a total doll and a dream of a pup!
Because Tito is very active, he needs a home where there is at least one other dog. His foster home has a 25 lb. terrier and two other dogs over 40 lbs. and he gets along great with all of them. He's also wonderful with small children. We will consider a 'young at heart' retired couple who are able and willing to give Tito the level of daily attention and exercise he needs.
* Terrier mix (Dad is a Dachshund mix I know for sure, mom is possibly a Soft-coated Wheaton terrier or mini-poodle mix)
* Young male (18 mo. old)
* Approximately 17 lbs and fully grown
* Neutered
* Up-to-date on shots (rabies, vaccines, bordatella)
* Micro-chipped
* No health issues
* Housebroken
* Crate-trained
* Does not shed
* Very well-mannered around people and great with young children
* Interacts and plays wonderfully with other dogs
* LOVES playing tug-o-war and fetch w/ balls (esp. squeaky ones)
* Has passed all temperament tests w/ flying colors
* Rides great in car (isn't nervous, doesn't get sick, doesn't bark)
* Has not had exposure to cats
* Very much enjoys his daily walks
* Would benefit from a basic obedience class but does know some commands
