Falco is (likely) a soft-coat deer-head Chihuahua puppy. He is still very young, as he has grown about 2 inches in the last month with his foster family, and now weighs 5.2 lbs, vs. his 4 pounds at arrival. Falco plays well with other dogs, and is very loving and kissy with his humans. Falco is also very possessive of his toys and his personal space - he will growl, and be very vocal about his wants or needs. He’s getting much better at this, through patience and loving guidance. Falco would be best suited with a family with older children, and in a home that is ready for a puppy. He loves chewing on bully bones, and enjoys time outside in the summer sunshine, and loves cuddling up with his humans in blankets when the playing is over.

Falco is not yet fully trained, though we are working on this. Falco would be a great addition to any loving family.



Our process for adopting: Please email us at heartprintsdogrescue@gmail.com to request an adoption application which we will email to you. We are not a shelter we are a foster home placement rescue and we place our rescues in foster care until a permanent forever family is matched. We hold meet and greets at Pet store locations and we DO NOT adopt out on site at our events. We require a filled adoption application and home visit plus reference checks before adopting out our rescues in care! We don't do first come first served we match best fit for the dog in care.
