Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Do you want the good news first, or do you want to start with the bad news? Well, I like to get the bad news out of the way. I promise the story will get better after that. So here goes. I was found in November, 2007 by a Good Samaritan who took me in, along with one of my girlfriends, after we were abandoned in the country shortly after having puppies. I’m not sure how anyone could be that bad, but now that that’s over with, let me tell you what I’ve been doing since. My Good Samaritan decided to keep me, and my friend went home with a foster family from BREW, and found her forever home a little while after that. (She’s really spoiled now, but don’t tell her I told you that.) See, I told you we’d get to the good news. Well, it was good for awhile, anyway. I had a home, a family, and other dogs to play with. I even went to obedience school. But the little boy who lives here has allergies, and he got worse after I came. So, now I’m asking BREW to help me find a new home, too, one that will be forever. I’m house-trained and crate-trained, and I even heel on the leash. No tugging!! That must be really good because the lady from BREW said she’d never seen a beagle walk like that before. She thinks the Dog Whisperer must have had something to do with it, but really I’m just a good listener and eager to please. So, what am I looking for in my forever home? I’m not real picky, but I would prefer one on the quiet side since I am a little shy. Kids would be nice, especially if they’re a little older and not too rambunctious. I’m hoping it’s my turn now to find my forever family and be spoiled. Could it be yours?
