Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rugar is a 1 year old, male, Beagle mix. He weighs 14 pounds. Rugar was a stray through our dog warden that has not been reclaimed. He does have some ear issues and he has not lost his baby teeth eventhough his adult teeth are coming in. He will need an adopter who has the resources to help him. Rugar has a very shy but sweet personality. He has been very accepting of everything we have done to him. Rugar just needs someone to give him some TLC and attention. He is adoptable at The The Humane Society Serving Crawford County at 419-562-9149
