Paisley's Story...
Paisley
1-2 years old
Paisley was adopted and returned to our shelter when her previous owner was moving and could no longer keep her. Her previous owner did let us know that she has been housebroken, knows a few basic commands and prefers other dogs her size to play with. Paisley is still very much a puppy who loves to play, chase and run! She is the life of the party and would love an active family to take her out and keep her busy. You can’t help but fall in love with her fun loving personality and she can’t wait to meet her forever family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paisley, a Fruit Heights Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Fruit Heights, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Fruit Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fruit Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fruit Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fruit Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
