Bear (ETAA)'s Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bear (ETAA)'s Story...
I am the only black pup in my litter. I, too, am vertically challenged but that just makes me even more adorable. I am 8 weeks old and weigh about 7.5 pounds. My feet are "bear" paws. I will use them to plough snow for you when I come to your house. I am the self appointed ring leader and all my siblings love to mimic what I do. They say black dogs are the hardest to adopt...I am not worried about that! I am the bomb!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear (ETAA), a Washington Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Washington, or seeking a Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
