IDGSR welcomes Amara into the safety of the rescue!!!

Amara is a 12-week old shepherd/lab mix who was one of a litter from her mom Alexia. Alexia is a purebred German Shepherd who must have fallen in love with a black lab at some point because that's mostly what the puppies look like. Amara is mostly black with a blaze of white on her chest. Cute squiggly, kissy, loving - all the good things that puppies are. Amara has so much love to give and is ready for a home of her own.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY)
$250 for any dog 1-3 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)

All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.

Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
