My name is Joey and I'm a fun loving, 2 year old Lab mix, weighing around 70 lbs. My owners are having a baby and decided that there's not enough room for me anymore. They left me at the shelter, and that's where CARE found me. Thanks to them, my life was saved. I love other dogs and kids, I would make a wonderful family companion. I am awesome with fetch and frisbee. I've lived with a family all my life, so I know how to be a proper pet. Now I just need a family that will love me and never let me go!

This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted.
