Boomer came back to the shelter after 10 days in his new home, had some probs iwith the other doggie there. He wants a 2nd chance. He did well in his foster home with dogs of various sizes so not sure what happened.

BOOMER, approximately 3 years old, 54 lbs, neutered, house trained, heart worm negative, microchipped, current on rabies vaccination, very handsome tripod, had left rear leg amputated after he came into the shelter with an old injury--he had not used his leg for some time so only having 3 legs is nothing new for him, he runs and plays like any other dog, happy and friendly, outgoing, good with other dogs in foster home, may chase cats but didn't bother the inside kitties, people oriented, well mannered, smart boy, knows the sit command, listens well, responsive, loves attention, playful, loves toys, okay being handled as we pulled on his toes, tail and ears, his incision is still a tad tender so prefers that you leave his leg alone, Boomer is quick of speed and eager and ready for his new home.
