My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ben! Intelligent, shy, loving, and loyal. Ben is a typical German Shepherd, very willing to learn and eager to get out and explore. He's ready any time because there is a lot out there to see and do. Ben walks beautifully on a leash and rides great in the car. He enjoys taking walks with other dogs here at the facility and has met a lot of new friends. What Ben really wants, is a deep connection with his handler. He truly loves learning and being in alignment with his person. He is smart and craves doing activities with his people more than anything on the planet. That is what brings him true happiness. He does a wonderful job at communicating how he feels and what he is thinking. Ben is very well-mannered and we are truly loving our time with him. He's hard not to fall for! Ben is a little shy on first meet, but once he knows your intentions, he opens up, shows affection, wags his tail, and offers his love. There is a lot more inside this beautiful dog just waiting to come out. Ben is most comfortable with independent well-mannered dogs. Sorry, no kitties please. Adult only home. Age 4 years. 87 lbs.
