My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rueger! This gorgeous amber-eyed hunk was rescued from Newton County Animal Shelter after this gentle giant sustained an injury to his front right leg and paw from another dog at the shelter. Knowing the healing would take some time, they reached out to us for help. All it took was one look and we knew we had to help. Rueger is a year old and weighs around 80 pounds. He is up to date on all vaccines, microchipped and neutered. Rueger has a high prey drive and would do best in a home without cats, small mammals, or other small farm animals. While Rueger does great with kids but due to his size we are recommending that he not be in a home with smaller children. Rueger is working on his leash skills and basic commands and would do best in a home with someone who is experienced with the breed.  *** We do not set up meet and greets without an approved application. Applications can be found on our website; www.redemptionshepherd.com ***
